A couple of days later, I had a dozen more Wordpress websites at a different shared hosting firm and needed to have them moved here as well. Every other hosting company that I had been with would move one site and charge a fee to move any more than that. I fully expected that and submitted another support ticket asking to have these sites moved. Once again, in a matter of minutes, I received a response saying that they would be happy to do this for me. At the same time this was going on, I needed to have some tweaks done to my operating system that were needed for some Wordpress plugins. Another support ticket from me, and after explaining what I needed, the tech had it done in a few short minutes. The other sites were also moved just as quickly and at no charge!
